I keep wondering why wikileaks is not being used by investigative journslists that cover Epstein.

An Appeal to the Readers

I am writing to ask for your help.

Many of you are lawyers, academics, judges, researchers, and practitioners committed to the protection of human rights and the rule of law. It is precisely because of your collective expertise that I hope someone among you may be willing to examine my situation.

For many years, I have sought investigation and independent scrutiny regarding torture, prolonged coercion, psychological manipulation, professional and social sabotage, and security-related entrapment in Norway. Throughout this period, I have approached police, prosecutors, courts, oversight bodies, lawyers, journalists, human rights organisations, medical institutions, and United Nations mechanisms. I also sought protection in Switzerland after exhausting domestic remedies in Norway.

Despite these efforts, I have never obtained an independent examination or an Istanbul Protocol assessment.

My concern has therefore become broader than my individual case.

What happens when serious human rights violations cannot obtain meaningful independent scrutiny because every institution concludes that examination falls outside its own mandate?

This is what I have come to describe as the accountability gap.

I have assembled a documentary archive spanning several years, including complaints, legal submissions, institutional correspondence, oversight decisions, and communications with domestic and international bodies. My concern is not only the underlying allegations but also the institutional responses to repeated requests for investigation and independent review.

I am not asking anyone to accept my conclusions without examination.

I am asking whether someone within this community would be willing to review the documentation, preserve my testimony, advise on an appropriate avenue for independent scrutiny, or refer me to an individual or organisation with the expertise and independence to do so.

Human rights derive their meaning not only from the rights they proclaim, but from the existence of independent mechanisms capable and willing of examining violations without fear or favour.

If anyone reading this is willing to engage with the documentary record or advise how it might be independently preserved and examined, I would be deeply grateful.

Thank you for your time and for your commitment to the rule of law and the protection of fundamental rights.
